The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling tender documentation, bid submissions, and all related activities in the tendering process. Key Responsibilities: Identify tender opportunities through online and offline platforms. Manage tenders on the government e-marketplace (GeM) portal and other platforms. Preparation and submission of technical and financial bids in line with tender requirements. Coordinate with different departments for documentation, vendor registrations, and queries related to tenders. Review tender documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements. Maintain and update tender documentation, records, and reports. Monitor the tender status and follow up on bid results. Ensure timely submission of tenders and support in post-tender negotiations if needed. Build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials for tendering processes. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in tendering procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering, with expertise in the GeM portal. Strong knowledge of tender documentation, processes, and procedures (online and offline). Familiarity with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management tools. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
