Plant HR

As a skilled professional in the field of human resources, you will be responsible for various key aspects within the organization. Your primary duties will include maintaining strong industrial relations, managing union coordination, handling grievances, and overseeing disciplinary processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws, the Factory Act, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations. Your role will also involve coordinating legal matters, managing statutory records and returns, liaising with GPCB for environmental compliance, and supporting BIS certifications. Furthermore, you will be tasked with overseeing plant administration, which includes managing housekeeping, transport, canteen facilities, and security. Supporting safety initiatives, conducting safety training, and maintaining incident records will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a plant or manufacturing setup. A strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and safety regulations is essential for this position.
