Plant Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead the overall operations of our Cement Grinding Unit . The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background with proven expertise in plant operations, maintenance, production planning, and team management . This is a strategic leadership role that will be responsible for optimizing plant performance, ensuring high uptime, safety compliance, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of the grinding unit to ensure optimal production and plant efficiency. Lead and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment including VRM, Ball Mill, Packers, and Conveyors. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, equipment reliability, and energy efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. Collaborate with quality control, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless production and dispatch operations. Monitor and control operational budgets, inventory levels, and manpower planning. Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers, technicians, and supervisors. Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance as per industry standards. Analyze daily MIS reports, operational KPIs, and drive performance improvement.
