Employer Engagement:Identify and establish relationships with local and regional employers, including businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies
Promote the benefits of hiring program participants and graduates
Candidate Assessment:Assess the skills, qualifications, and career goals of candidates or students seeking placements
Conduct interviews, review resumes, and evaluate work readiness
