Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Specialist located in Pune. The Placement Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing the placement process for graduates and professionals, conducting training sessions, and maintaining communication with industry partners. Day-to-day tasks include assessing the skills and job readiness of candidates, matching them with appropriate job opportunities, providing customer service, and supporting both clients and trainees throughout the placement process.
