Job Summary : The Centre Manager will be responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the DDUGKY training centre. Trainee Management : Monitor trainee attendance, grievances, discipline, and progress. Ensure timely delivery of uniforms, tablets, training materials, and ID cards. Mobilization & Placements : Support the mobilization team in community outreach and student enrollments. Coordinate with placement team to ensure timely and quality placements for trained candidates. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the main point of contact for SRLM, industry partners, and local authorities. Represent the centre during monitoring visits and evaluations. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong linkages with employers, generating placement opportunities, and ensuring successful and sustained job placement of trained candidates as per DDUGKY guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Employer Engagement: Identify, approach, and onboard potential employers across sectors and geographies for candidate placement. Build long-term relationships with industry partners to ensure consistent placement opportunities. Organize employer meetups, campus drives, and job fairs. Placement Execution: Facilitate placement of trained candidates in jobs aligned with their skills and training. Ensure placements are as per Minimum Wages Act and DDUGKY standards. Maintain and exceed the minimum placement benchmark (70% as per DDUGKY norms). Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely collection and submission of all placement-related documentation including Offer Letters, Salary Slips, Bank Statements, etc., in line with DDUGKY SOP.
