Location: Pune / Mumbai (On-site) Company: Ashpranix Learning Solutions Experience: 2–4 years in Training & Placement / HR / Corporate Relations 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a Placement Officer who will be responsible for ensuring maximum student placements by building strong relationships with companies, HR managers, and recruitment partners. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our trained students and the industry, ensuring that every student is job-ready and placed in the right company . 🛠 Responsibilities Build & maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR managers, and placement partners . Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities . Work with trainers to ensure students are interview-ready (resume, LinkedIn, soft skills). Track student progress & ensure 70%+ batch placement within 3 months of course completion. Collect and showcase student success stories for marketing purposes. Maintain placement records, MoUs with companies, and hiring reports . Coordinate with counsellors to use placements as a sales conversion tool . ✅ Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in Training & Placement, HR, or Corporate Relations . Strong industry connections in IT, Cybersecurity, Full Stack, DevOps, and Study Abroad verticals preferred. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
