### Job Description **About the Role:** We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital growth, a deep understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to generate measurable ROI from campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns. - Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile for enhanced visibility. - Develop Instagram Marketing strategies to increase followers and engagement. - Execute effective retargeting & remarketing campaigns to drive conversions. - Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate detailed reports. - Optimize ad spends to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. - Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing focused on paid campaigns. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Marketing. - Hands-on experience in retargeting strategies and audience segmentation. - Familiarity with Instagram growth strategies (both paid and organic). - Understanding of SEO fundamentals and GMB optimization. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. - Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging ad creatives and copies. **Preferred Skills:** - Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads would be advantageous. - Experience working in agency environments or with multiple brands. - Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
