Role Overview

Operations and Sales Manager

This is a key leadership role for someone who can manage people, drive results, and ensure smooth execution across all departments.

🔹

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Team Management

  • Supervise day-to-day activities and ensure work completion across all teams.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of employees.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and review sessions with staff.
  • Maintain coordination between Sales, Counseling, Marketing, and Admin departments.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the counseling/sales team.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups, lead management, and conversions via CRM tools.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the main communication link between employees and management.
  • Conduct weekly meetings and performance reviews.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports covering sales, targets, and employee performance.
  • Report directly to the CEO/Founder.

Process Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process enhancements.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in

    operations, sales management, or team supervision

    (preferably in the

    EdTech

    or

    training sector

    ).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, CRM systems (Perfex, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), and performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
