Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales 7. Collecting reference from the existing customer. 8. Checking & follow-up that the references get converted into members 9. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 10. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
