Slimming Counsellor/Doctor

Job Description: 1. Consultation of new patients. Responsible for sales and in house bookings of the slimming department. 2. Exceptional client service skills. 3.  Adept sales experience. To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients. 4. To counsel all the clients not losing weight as required in co-ordination with the in-house dietitian and the trainer. 5. To ensure client satisfaction and maximize in/out-house bookings and sales. 6. To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package. Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales 7. Collecting reference from the existing customer. 8. Checking & follow-up that the references get converted into members 9. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 10. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards 11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Working hours: Mon to Sat -10am-6 pm/ 11am-7pm/ 12pm- 8pm, Sunday off (Exceptions pre informed) Qualifications / Skills:   · Client Relationships · Emphasizing Excellence · Energy Level · Negotiation · Prospecting Skills · Meeting Sales Goals · Creativity · Sales Planning · Independence · Motivation for Sales                   Education: Graduate / Dietetics/ Nutritionist / Wellness couch/ Doctor Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience. Experience in sales management preferably in Clinic set up.
