Placement Officer cum HR
In addition, this role will support internal HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation.
You will act as a bridge between job seekers and employers — ensuring a win-win relationship for both sides.

Key Responsibilities

1. Placement Coordination
- Develop partnerships with companies and HR managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events for candidates.
- Collect and understand client job requirements, and map suitable candidates.
- Shortlist, screen, and schedule interviews in coordination with company HRs.
- Guide candidates on interview preparation, resume building, and professionalism.
- Follow up after interviews and ensure successful joining and documentation.
- Maintain updated placement records and feedback reports.

2. Recruitment & HR Operations
- Post job openings across job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face screening of candidates.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
- Manage HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation, and attendance.
- Support new hire orientation and help create a positive work environment.
- Handle internal communication and basic HR compliance documentation.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned client companies.
- Understand client expectations and deliver the right talent accordingly.
- Regularly communicate hiring progress, interview outcomes, and candidate status.
- Maintain professional relationships with client HR teams for long-term association.
- Ensure timely closure of job requirements with quality candidates.

4. Candidate Relationship Management
- Counsel and support candidates in identifying career opportunities.
- Communicate interview updates, joining formalities, and company information.
- Build a strong candidate database and maintain long-term connections.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports for management.
- Maintain records of company tie-ups, job openings, and placement progress.
- Support management in planning placement targets and review meetings.
- Coordinate with internal team members to achieve overall placement goals.

- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Tamil.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
