Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities, including HR tasks, organizing CEO meetings, ensuring proper project reporting, handling client interactions, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Management:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

2. Meeting Setup:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for CEO meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient time management and conflict-free scheduling.

3. Project Reporting:

  • Monitor ongoing projects, gather progress updates, and compile detailed reports for the CEO.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team leads to address project challenges and ensure transparency.

4. Client Handling:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

5. Meeting Coordination and Follow-up:

  • Organize client and team meetings, ensuring all required resources are in place.
  • Provide meeting summaries and follow up on pending tasks or decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹10,485.26 - ₹15,000.00 per month
