Job Description

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and reports prior to meetings.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests for the CEO.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records
  • Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
  • Handle personal errands, reservations, and travel for the CEO as needed
  • Assist with events, personal logistics, and household coordination .

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years’ experience as an Personal Assistant
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ,High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
