Job Description


We are a global service-based startup currently in its early planning phase!


We are seeking a highly organized, open-minded, bold, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support as we build and grow our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Highly organized in Managing calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.
  • Handle data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.
  • Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.
  • Track tasks and follow up with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members or clients.
  • Handling Personal errands and family tasks.
  • Handling Personal finance and expanse list.
  • Handle travelling & itinerary
  • Handle team, reports and assign tasks.
  • Event Planning & Lifestyle Management.
  • Travel with boss. (Domestic)



Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient with remote tools
  • Exposure of International Market will be an add-on.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
