Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.
• Handle data entry, file management, and document preparation.
• Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.
• Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.
• Track tasks and follow up with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members or clients.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient with remote tools 
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or platforms.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing:

  Aligned with U.S. time zones (typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST), with flexibility based on project needs.
• Full-time, remote-friendly position.
