Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Australia Division. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in administrative and client-support functions. The individual will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with Australian clients/stakeholders, and ensure smooth workflow across teams.


Key Responsibilities:-


Provide administrative and operational support to Australian clients and internal teams

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Respond to emails, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and client records

Perform data entry, document formatting, and database management

Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders

Maintain confidentiality of business information and client data

Support compliance and process-related activities as required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Australian market requirements

Handle any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager for operational efficiency


Required Skills & Qualifications:-


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Familiarity with Australian business communication standards preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in Australian time zones (onsite)
