Are you someone who communicates with confidence, understands the basics of accounting, and enjoys helping clients with professionalism and clarity?

Our Australian division is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to handle client inquiries related to GST, personal tax returns, and company tax returns.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle incoming client calls

✔ Respond to queries regarding:

– GST filings

– Personal tax returns

– Company tax returns

✔ Follow our standard client interaction process:

– Collect and confirm client email

– Check if documents were submitted

– Guide the client on the next steps

🔹 Required Skills

✅ Excellent spoken & written English

✅ Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge (GST, BAS, tax returns)

✅ Strong organization & time management

✅ Ability to communicate professionally & empathetically

✅ Comfortable using online platforms

✅ Quick learner with strong process-follow skills

🔹 Preferred

✨ Experience with Australian clients

✨ Knowledge of Australian taxation

✨ Customer support or virtual assistant background
