iG Impulso is a global service-based startup currently in its early planning phase. We are seeking a highly organized, open-minded, bold, and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support as we build and grow our company. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendar, appointments, and email correspondence. Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls. Handle data entry, file management, and document preparation. Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information. Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed. Track tasks and follow up with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. Assist with onboarding tasks for new team members or clients. Handling Personal errands and family tasks. Handling Personal finance and expanse list. Handle travelling & itinerary Event Planning & Lifestyle Management. Travel with boss. (domestic) Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Proficient with remote tools Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software or platforms. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Work Schedule: Shift Timing: Aligned with U.S. time zones (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST), with flexibility based on project needs. Full-time.
