Position Summary

Business Development - Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales efforts — from prospecting to closing deals in B2B and SaaS markets.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with business goals.
• Present compelling product/service demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the sales funnel.
• Guide and support the sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
• Track all sales activities and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor landscape to refine strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience B2B services, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
• Experience in team handling is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (preferred).
