Job Summary:

programmatic ads, media buying

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Prepare media plan and execute efficiently with proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTEch

  • Proven skills, strategy and outcome driven campaign execution with programmatic ads and media buying

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation.
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn),

    programmatic ads, media buying

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360 and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
