We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive (D2C Focus) to drive measurable growth by managing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in D2C performance marketing, building customer acquisition funnels, and driving ROI for consumer brands.

Job responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end

  D2C-focused paid campaigns

  across

  Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels

  .
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve CTR, and reduce CPA.
• Build and optimize

  acquisition funnels tailored for D2C brands

  .
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance using

  Google Analytics, GA4, Ads Manager

  , and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop

  engaging, high-converting creatives

  .
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly performance reports

  with actionable insights and growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest

  D2C marketing trends, tools, and best practices

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum

  2 years of proven experience in performance marketing

  .

• Mandatory experience in D2C brand campaigns & customer acquisition strategies

  .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  .
• Familiarity with

  SEO, remarketing, CRO, and funnel optimization

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
