Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Specialist located in Kolkata. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance metrics, conducting performance testing, analyzing data, and implementing performance management strategies. Daily tasks will include communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, developing strategies to enhance performance, and using analytical skills to drive improvements.
