Role Description: Performance Specialist (Google & Meta Ads Focus)

full-time on-site role

Qualifications

Expert-level Specialization in Google Ads and Meta Ads:
Proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across both platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Facebook/Instagram).
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis Expertise:
Proficient in using platform analytics tools and external data visualization software to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
Experience in Performance Management and Performance Testing:
Proven track record of A/B testing ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance metrics.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Ability to effectively articulate complex performance findings and strategies to various team members and stakeholders.
Experience in the advertising industry is a strong plus.
Proven ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
