Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing and CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Specialist based in Gurugram. The individual will manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns, optimize ads for maximum ROI, and develop strategies to acquire and retain customers. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, refining targeting strategies, and working closely with the content and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The role also covers creating and executing data-driven customer engagement initiatives to enhance customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media Campaigns, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Social Media Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), CRM tools, Retention Strategies, and Customer Engagement Tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Data Modeling, Market Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and Campaign Optimization.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing Channels, Content Strategy, and Online Advertising Platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, think strategically, and problem-solve effectively for campaign improvements.
  • Relevant experience in using marketing technologies, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or CRM platforms, is an advantage.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, demonstrate adaptability, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
