About the Role

performance-driven Media Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & manage performance campaigns across

  Meta, Google, and other paid channels

• Run A/B tests on

  creatives, copy, audiences, and placements

  to drive continuous improvement
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to achieve

  ROAS, CAC, and LTV

  targets
• Monitor daily budgets, pacing, bid strategies, and funnel performance
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop

  high-converting ad assets

• Identify new channels, tools, and growth opportunities for scaling
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards
• Stay updated on the latest

  industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Requirements

• 2–4 years

  of experience in media buying, preferably for

  D2C / E-commerce brands

• Proven success in managing and scaling paid campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

  , and analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with

  Pixel, GA4, CAPI, UTMs, and tracking systems

• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative eye for evaluating ad creatives and messaging
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environment.
