Performance Specialist

As a Performance Manager at our company, your role will involve developing and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other display networks. Your expertise in demand-side platforms (DSP) and data management platforms (DMP) will be crucial in managing audience targeting and data segmentation effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for improving ROI. - Manage digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other display networks. - Utilize DSPs and DMPs for audience targeting and data segmentation. - Design and implement demand generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads. - Collaborate with the content team to create engaging ad copy and visuals. - Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising platforms. - Generate comprehensive performance reports with key metrics and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance management. - Proficiency in using DSPs, DMPs, and other ad tech tools. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking. - Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and web crawling techniques. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is preferred.
