Job Description

Key Requirement for the Position


  • Experience: 2+ years in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification required; Microsoft Ads Accreditation preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, remarketing, and shopping campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tracking and attribution models.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate it into optimization actions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.



  • Campaign Setup & Management
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across Search, Display, and Shopping.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting to ensure effective targeting and engagement.
  • Configure ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budgets to align with campaign objectives.
  • Optimization & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and bid adjustments for improved efficiency.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, UET (Microsoft Universal Event Tracking), and Analytics tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate and analyze performance reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Forecast performance and prepare budgets for upcoming campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Innovation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (SEO, creative, and analytics) to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads product updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Recommend new strategies, audience segments, and automation opportunities.
