Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn.

  • Drive

    lead generation, app installs, or product sign-ups

    for BFSI products (loans, insurance, credit cards, savings accounts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to develop compelling ad copies and landing pages.

Optimization & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for

    CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI

    .
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.) to track performance and user journeys.
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards and insights to business teams.

Audience & Channel Management

  • Build and manage remarketing and lookalike audiences.
  • Leverage BFSI customer data and insights for targeted segmentation and personalized campaigns.
  • Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, ad policies, and compliance guidelines.

Collaboration & Growth Initiatives

  • Partner with product, CRM, and martech teams to enhance lead quality and conversion funnel.
  • Support in

    media planning and budgeting

    across channels.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, or tools that can drive marketing efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–5 years

    of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing

    (preferably BFSI / fintech / financial products).
  • Proven experience with

    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    lead generation funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager

    , and

    Excel / Data Studio

    dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of

    App tracking tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch)

    is a plus.
  • Ability to manage

    monthly media budgets

    and deliver ROI targets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of

    RBI/IRDAI/SEBI advertising compliance guidelines

    is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience with

    fintech, insurance tech, or NBFC

    brands preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
