Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Performance Specialist. The Performance Specialist will analyze, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of performance strategies by conducting regular performance evaluations, setting benchmarks, and identifying areas for improvement. Additional responsibilities include executing data analysis to derive actionable insights and implementing performance testing strategies. Collaboration with teams to improve performance outcomes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in identifying trends and drawing actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting reports and collaborating effectively across teams
• Performance Management expertise, including the ability to develop and assess key performance metrics
• Experience with Data Analysis and Performance Testing tools and methods
• Self-motivation and attention to detail in improving operational and individual performance outcomes
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to achieve organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with analytical software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel or database systems, is a plus
