📌 About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for candidates who are eager to learn, experiment, and gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare insightful reports.

Track user behavior and campaign results using Google Analytics.

Assist in implementing tracking tags/pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ad creatives and landing page improvements.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.

Support the team in executing performance-led marketing initiatives.

📚 Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).

Understanding of Google Tag Manager implementation & event tracking.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Must be available for in-office work.
