Performance Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Intern at our company, you will be a part of the growing digital marketing team, where you will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and gain hands-on experience in running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. - Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns. - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. - Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare insightful reports. - Track user behavior and campaign results using Google Analytics. - Assist in implementing tracking tags/pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM). - Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ad creatives and landing page improvements. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies. - Support the team in executing performance-led marketing initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have: - Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. - Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4). - Understanding of Google Tag Manager implementation & event tracking. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
