React / Next Developer

We are seeking a talented Next.js / React Engineer to develop seamless, high-performance web experiences that elevate engagement and user interactions. As a Next.js / React Engineer at Capcons, your primary responsibility will be to create fast, scalable, and interactive user interfaces for our platform. Working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams, you will craft immersive experiences that empower creators to connect with their audiences effectively. Your key responsibilities will include building and optimizing highly interactive UIs using Next.js and React, implementing server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations, ensuring responsive and accessible design across various devices, enhancing performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for an improved user experience, collaborating with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance platform capabilities, writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code using modern JavaScript/TypeScript, optimizing state management using Redux, Zustand, or React Context API, and participating in the implementation of a design system for a consistent user experience. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in React.js and Next.js development, possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components, or Emotion), demonstrate expertise in server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing, be familiar with GraphQL, REST APIs, and WebSockets, have experience in state management (Redux, Zustand, or React Context API), exhibit knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization, and show a passion for social networking and the creator economy.
