As a Performance Marketing Specialist at the EleFant, you will play a crucial role in driving conversions and sales through strategic campaign planning and execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Full-funnel ownership: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels, focusing on conversions rather than vanity metrics. - Subscription Growth: Your main focus will be on driving customer acquisition for EleFant's subscription plans, with clear ROI goals in mind. - Analytics & Attribution: You will set up and manage conversion tracking, cohorts, and funnel analysis to accurately measure the impact of your campaigns. - Creative Testing: Collaborate with design and content teams to conduct structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages for optimal results. - Retention Marketing: Work closely with CRM and automation teams to enhance customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through upsells, renewals, and referrals. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with on-ground activations and app flows. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in consumer subscription/D2C businesses. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and app-install campaigns. - Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable sales conversions, not just leads. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc. - Data-driven mindset with a strong inclination towards experimentation. - A hustler attitude that thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
