We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and ROI-driven marketing someone who can translate budgets into measurable growth and optimize every click for performance.
? Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and
Performance Max.
? Develop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency.
? Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
? Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
? Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.
? Own the end-to-end media budget planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization.
? Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
? Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact.
? Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS)
? Build and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
? Analyze campaign metrics and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
? Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve landing page performance and ad relevance.
? Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.
? 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (mandatory)
? Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics
? Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
? Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
? Strong communication and collaboration skills
? Experience in lead generation and B2B campaign structures (bonus if in construction, manufacturing, or
industrial sectors).
? Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
? Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared) and marketing automation workflows.
? Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and remarketing campaigns.
