We are looking for a Performance Specialist with expertise in Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines analytical precision with creative testing to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.



Key Responsibilities


1. Campaign Strategy & Execution


Plan, set up, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

Develop and execute full-funnel strategies for awareness, acquisition, and retention.

Manage remarketing, dynamic ads, and lookalike audience targeting to enhance campaign efficiency.



2. Budget & Performance Management


Plan monthly budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels.

Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining spend efficiency and ROI goals.



3. Creative Testing & Collaboration

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (static and video).

Provide input on ad copies, visuals, and content that resonate with target audiences.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.



4. Analytics & Reporting


Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager and other tools.

Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Stay updated with algorithm changes, new ad formats, targeting hacks and industry best practices.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting/insight tools.
  • In-depth understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and Retention.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
