● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
○ Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC)
○ Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, Native Ads(as needed)
● Manage and optimize mobile app install campaigns for acquisition and retention.
● Implement and manage:
○ Meta Pixel, Event Manager, Aggregated Event Measurement
○ Google Tag Manager for event tracking and script management
○ Conversions API and UTM tracking
● Set up and test standard and custom events for accurate conversion tracking.
● Coordinate landing page development with design and development teams
● Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and optimize landing
experiences.
● Manage email marketing campaigns using tools such as:
○ Brevo (Sendinblue)
○ Mailchimp
○ Zoho Mail
● Use marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Zoho Marketing
Automation, or LeadSquared for lead nurturing and workflows.
● Execute and manage WhatsApp automation flows via tools like WATI, Interakt
● Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPI, Retention,
● Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and offers.
Required Skills
● Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with a strong grasp of Lead Generation,
app marketing and conversion-focused campaigns
● Solid understanding of event tracking via GTM, Meta Events, and CAPI
● Ability to coordinate and optimize landing pages based on funnel analysis and
campaign goals
● Strong hands-on knowledge of email marketing tools (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.) and
WhatsApp automation platforms
● Familiar with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, LeadSquared, or Zoho
● Highly analytical with experience in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and attribution
tools
● Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills
● A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset not just a task finisher but a strategic thinker
who constantly seeks ways to improve results
● Willingness to experiment, try new ad formats, angles, and approaches and own
performance outcomes
● Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
