Role Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running ROI-focused campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and scaling digital ads to achieve business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.


Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.


Monitor daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and optimal ROI.


Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.


Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.


Collaborate with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives.


Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.


Manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance dashboards.


Recommend new growth strategies and channels for scaling paid campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience (2–4+ years) in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.


Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and other performance marketing metrics.


Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar tools.


Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.


Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.


Excellent communication and project management skills.


Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred).
