Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer acquisition for EleFant's subscription plans, ensuring clear ROI goals are met. Additionally, you will set up and manage conversion tracking, cohorts, and funnel analysis to measure the true impact of your efforts. Collaboration with design and content teams for A/B testing and working with CRM/automation teams for retention marketing will also be key aspects of your role. Partnering with sales and product teams to align campaigns with on-ground activations and app flows will be essential for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels - Drive customer acquisition for subscription plans with clear ROI goals - Set up and manage conversion tracking, cohorts, and funnel analysis - Work on structured A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages - Collaborate with CRM/automation teams for improving LTV via upsells, renewals, and referrals - Partner with sales and product teams for campaign alignment with on-ground activations and app flows **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in consumer subscription/D2C businesses - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and app-install campaigns - Proven track record of delivering measurable sales conversions - Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer - Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on scaling one of India's most innovative consumer subscription brands.
