Weft Technologies is a digital product hub building next-gen solutions for logistics, healthcare, legal tech, and D2C. We blend design, code, and growth strategy to help ambitious founders scale fast. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership, lead execution, and bring clarity across performance and brand campaigns — both for Weft and its clients.
● Plan and execute integrated digital strategies across SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email
● Lead performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and ensure consistent reporting + ROI tracking
● Coordinate and manage internal resources — SEO team, content writers, designers, and SMM team — to ensure timely delivery
● Manage end-to-end campaign flows: from creative brief → asset coordination → copy review → campaign deployment
● Create weekly dashboards, reports, and insights to improve visibility and guide decisions
● Work across 2–4 client accounts (plus internal campaigns for Weft), keeping all communication lean and goal-focused
● Stay ahead on trends — and push the team to create bold, smart marketing experiments
● Work directly with the CEO and product teams to align on GTM, messaging, and performance goals
● 3 - 5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or brand side)
● Experience managing a team and freelancers (SEO, content, creative, paid)
● Strong execution mindset — not just strategy, but actually making things move
● Deep understanding of paid ads, SEO, and content marketing
● Comfort with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and content CMS tools
● Crisp communication — you can handle creative teams, clients, and technical teams with clarity
● Highly organized — able to work with minimal supervision and keep timelines moving
● Experience working with early-stage brands or D2C startups
● Eye for design and ability to give strong creative feedback
● Knows how to think performance + brand together (not in silos)
● High ownership role with direct impact across live campaigns
● Work with ambitious tech founders and a fast-growing digital product team
● Learn across design, dev, and product functions — not just siloed marketing
