Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.
• Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.

Requirements

• 36 years of proven experience in

  performance marketing

  .
• Direct experience managing

  budgets of ?1 Cr+ per month

  .
• Strong background in

  e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns

  .
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with affiliate marketing networks and marketplaces.
• Knowledge of SEO/ASO as a complementary skill.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and MarTech tools.
