Influencer Marketing Executive (1–2 Years Experience) Location: [Mumbai, Malad West] Joining: Immediate (within 10–12 days preferred) Position - Sr Executive Influencer Marketing About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a smart, go-getter Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team and supercharge a large-scale influencer program. You’ll play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing a high volume of micro and niche creators across the year. If you live and breathe creator culture, are obsessed with discovering rising talent, and know your way around an Airtable/Excel sheet of 500 names – we’re looking for you. Key Responsibilities: Creator Sourcing & Onboarding: Build and manage a strong database of micro/nano influencers across categories and regions. Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing influencer campaigns from brief rollout to content tracking and reporting. Negotiation & Contracts: Communicate with creators, negotiate deliverables, and manage onboarding paperwork (when needed). Trend Spotting: Stay updated on creator trends, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging content formats. Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, content, and brand teams to match the right creator to the right brief. Database Management: Maintain and update internal tools/trackers for active and potential creators. Who You Are: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or talent management. Strong network or access to a wide database of micro-creators. Sharp at figuring out onboarding systems and can think beyond the usual creator rosters. Comfortable managing high volumes and timelines. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Bonus: You’ve worked on long-term creator programs or talent partnerships. Why Join Us?
