Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development. Maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy, and manage HR documentation. Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies. Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs and performance incentives. Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions. Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role. Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
