Role Overview

Social Media Executive

What You’ll Do

Content Planning & Scheduling

Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with campaign goals.
Collaborate with design & content teams for creatives, copy, and videos.

Community Management

Engage with audiences — reply to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Monitor online conversations, sentiment, and trends around the brand.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze post and campaign performance.
Share weekly/monthly insights and suggestions for improvement.

Trend Spotting & Creativity

Stay on top of
trends, memes, and global pop culture
moments.
Pitch innovative, thumb-stopping ideas for reels, campaigns, and influencer collabs.
Bring a
fresh eye
and creative approach to everything you do.

Collaboration

Work closely with the
influencer marketing
,
design
, and
performance
teams.
Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and smooth campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in
social media management or digital marketing
.
Strong understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
best practices.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Basic knowledge of tools like
Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite
, or
Buffer
is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast-paced, creative environment
