We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager (B2B) / Sales Team Lead to grow our silver jewellery wholesale business in Gujarat. This role combines field sales and team leadership — planning, execution, retailer relations, repeat orders, and collections. Responsibilities Manage daily/weekly sales visits across Ahmedabad & Gujarat. Lead & guide the sales team for conversions and follow-ups. Expand retailer network, strengthen existing accounts. Drive repeat orders via WhatsApp catalogues, calls & follow-ups. Achieve sales & collection targets with discipline. Update ERP/CRM and share daily/weekly reports. Requirements Experience in B2B/field sales (FMCG/jewellery/consumer products). Strong in acquisition, negotiation & repeat business. Team handling experience preferred. Ready for field travel. Basic Excel/ERP/CRM skills. Hindi/Gujarati fluency; working English.
