Position Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media, a keen understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage and execute social media campaigns effectively.
 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation
    Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
  2. Community Management
    Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns.
  3. Platform Management
    Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach.
  4. Campaign Execution
    Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  5. Analytics and Reporting
    Monitor social media KPIs and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns. Use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Research and Trends
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  7. Collaboration
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
Qualifications:

0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics. Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
