Social Media Executive

About the CompanyRecur Post is a globally used Social Media Management SaaS platform helping businesses automate and scale their social presence. We are growing our marketing team in Surat and are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who is passionate about video content, trends, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content including reels, shorts, and social-first videos

• Edit videos with strong transitions, captions, effects, and storytelling
• Design social media creatives, posts, banners, and ads using Canva or similar tools
• Research and implement viral trends, formats, and best-performing content styles
• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Publish, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Track engagement, performance, and insights to improve content strategy
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and brand communication
• Respond to comments, messages, and ensure timely engagement with the audience
• Required Skills & Experience13 years of hands-on experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong skills in video editing and reel/shorts creation
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience behavior
• Proficiency in Canva and other creative tools
• Ability to think creatively and produce original social-first content
• Good communication skills and execution ability
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS or tech brands
