Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Role

As our Content Creator and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from initial idea to final post:

● On-Camera Content Creation: Serve as the primary on-camera personality for EdZeb, creating engaging, educational, and entertaining video content (Reels, Shorts, long-form) with excellent Oration Skills and a Camera-Friendly Vibe.

● Strategic Ideation & Scripting: Proactively participate in brainstorming and developing relevant and trends-friendly scripts and concepts that resonate with our target audience.

● Social Media Management & Optimization: Take full ownership of EdZeb's social media pages (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). This includes scheduling, posting, and managing community engagement.

● Trend & Algorithm Mastery: Stay informed with current social media trends, updates, and platform algorithms to ensure EdZeb's content is always competitive and maximizes organic reach.

● Technical Content Execution: Apply foundational knowledge of video recording, including managing camera angles, lighting, and audio, to ensure high-quality production standards.

● Analytics & Reporting: Utilize Social Media Optimization (SMO) tools to track content performance, derive key insights, and refine the content strategy for continuous improvement.

Core Skills & Must-Haves

● Exceptional Communication Skills and a strong On-Camera Presence.

● In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their optimization.

● A proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Basic understanding of video production elements (lighting, framing, editing fundamentals).

Category 1: The PRO : If you have a minimum of 10 months of experience in a Content Creation, Social Media Management, or relevant marketing role, we want to fast-track your career at EdZeb.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
