About the Role:

Brand Partnership Professional

You’ll play a key role in connecting brands with impactful influencer marketing opportunities, crafting partnership strategies, and driving business growth through creativity and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation & Research:

    Identify and research potential brand partners using market insights, trend analysis, and creative outreach. Drive quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Client Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, understand their goals, and create tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Strategic Sales:

    Pitch innovative campaign ideas and influencer marketing strategies to brands. Conduct client meetings (both virtual and in-person) to discuss execution and deliverables.
  • Revenue & Performance Goals:

    Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and partnership targets. Maintain a structured pipeline and provide timely progress reports.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams — influencer marketing, strategy, and creative — to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting:

    Manage your sales funnel efficiently, focusing on lead nurturing, conversion, and retention to ensure consistent business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business, Communications

    , or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in sales, business development, or brand partnerships — ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising.
  • Freshers with strong networking skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    abilities.
  • Proven success in

    client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving targets.

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

  • High energy, adaptability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
