We are looking for a HR Intern who is passionate about hiring, sourcing talent, and building strong teams. If you enjoy interacting with people and want hands-on experience in recruitment — this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

- Source and screen candidates through job portals & social media

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers

- Maintain candidate trackers and basic HR documentation

- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities

- Support in planning small engagement activities, team celebrations & internal communication

🔹 Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR or related field

- Strong communication & people skills

- Confident in calling, screening, and interacting with candidates

- Good organizational and coordination abilities

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
